WOMEN IN STEM: BREAKING BARRIERS
Eliminating Barriers for Women in STEM EST 2021
Women in STEM: Breaking Barriers is the first annual summit aiming to break socioeconomic, generational and discipline-specific barriers that women* in STEM face. The event itself looks at three different points in one’s career: high school/GED, undergrad/graduate school, and post-grad professional, and helps individuals gain the tools that they need to develop both personally and professionally. The summit was created by both undergraduate and graduate students, from a variety of different backgrounds and fields, looking at issues that have emerged as they move forward in their own professional careers.
The conference will take place virtually April 8-10, 2021.
