Six Researchers Named to 2014 Highly Cited List

Six UCLA Henry Samueli School of Engineering and Applied Science researchers are among the scholars with the greatest impact in the world in their fields, according to a new ranking compiled by Thomson Reuters. Thomson Reuters’ Highly Cited Researchers 2014, released in June, identifies scientists and engineers who are in the top 1% for most citations in their subject field. Details on the methodology are available here. In total, 24 researchers with UCLA as their primary affiliation are on the list, which numbers about 3,000.
