Sherwin Goo ’87 received his bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering from UCLA and obtained his master’s degree in the same field at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He currently works for JPL on the mission sequencing team for the Juno spacecraft that began Jupiter orbital operations in July 2016 and is working on the Europa Clipper mission operations team for the Clipper launch in October 2024.

Sherwin has been involved with the Asian Pacific Alumni Network and the UCLA Alumni Association since 2000. He has served as president twice and has been on the board since 2001. He has also worked with alumni and students through UCLA Samueli and the UCLA Alumni Mentor Program. During his spare time, Sherwin enjoys dining out and traveling.
