Kari Graham ’11 is the Head of Operations at Convergent Research. She is responsible for building out and maintaining the key operational functions for Convergent Research and its Focused Research Organizations. Prior to joining Convergent Research, Kari was a chief engineer and project manager in the aerospace and defense industry, where she worked on a number of different products, including aircrafts, communication satellites, airborne radars and network encryptors.

Kari received her bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and in Japanese from UCLA in 2011, and a master’s degree in engineering management from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in 2016. Since graduating from UCLA, Kari has continued to work closely with UCLA Samueli through on-campus recruiting and volunteering, participating in Alumni Advisory Boards and Industry Advisory Boards, and her current role on the EAA board.
