Edward Tsai ’02, M.S. ’04 is a Managing Partner at Alumni Ventures’ fund for UCLA alumni, Westwood Ventures and its AI Fund. Prior to this, Edward worked at Bain and Co., DCM, a $4B AUM VC, 360, and Qianxin. He invested in companies such as Cruise, Palantir, Brave, and Mysten Labs.

Edward looks forward to contributing to EAA in areas of industry relations, in particular entrepreneurship and venture capital. While at UCLA, Edward served on numerous student and campus organizations such as ESUC (Chair of Engineering Week), AITB/ITPB, the Web Council and others. Edward has a bachelor’s and master’s degree in computer science from UCLA and was also Class ’15 in the Kauffman Fellows Program.
