Mr. Sanglerat is one of the founders of Geosyntec Consultants and a member of its Board of
Directors. He is also a principal civil engineer based in California with more than 30 years of consulting
experience. His practice focuses on the areas of groundwater and soil remediation, brownfield site
redevelopment, waste management, and site closure. He has served as an expert witness for the
United States Environmental Protection Agency and the United States Department of Justice and has
provided deposition and trial testimonies for several cases in state and federal courts. He has authored
more than 40 technical papers. He also holds a patent (No. U.S. 6,706,096) for protection of structures
from subsurface gases.
