Jamal Madni currently serves as director of artificial intelligence and data analytics for Boeing Defense, Space & Security, overseeing the technical integrity, programmatic execution, customer adoption and investment position of the business unit’s AI products and services.

Immediately prior to his Boeing return in 2023, Madni embarked as a successful Silicon Valley entrepreneur in deep AI/ML where he co-founded Ingage Solutions, which helped professionals “read the virtual room” through behavioral intelligence software and was ultimately acquired by VidCruiter, the world’s largest virtual interviewing platform to minimize unconscious bias while scaling equitable and effective hiring outcomes worldwide. While previously at Boeing, Madni was managing director of Enterprise Technology Strategy, responsible for developing integrated technology strategies at the corporate level, shaping boutique disruptive technology assessments and representing engineering, test & technology for corporate merger & acquisition due diligence activities. Prior to this, Madni served in a variety of roles with Boeing Satellite Systems, including program management, global sales & marketing, advanced research and development prototyping, and software engineering.

Madni is currently co-founder of Exit Velocity, which is a boutique M&A firm helping small to medium-sized business define and execute their exit strategies. Madni is also the co-owner of the Los Angeles Fan Base (LAFB) Network, which is Southern California’s fastest growing digital sports content platform. Additionally, Madni serves on the board of the UCLA Foundation, Climate Rights International as well as several startups, such as CBB Analytics and Akasha Imaging. Madni is a proud second-generation double Bruin, having graduated with master’s degrees in electrical and biomedical engineering from UCLA, where he received the school’s 2021 Rising Engineering Professional Achievement Award and a master’s in business management from Stanford Graduate School of Business where he graduated as a Robert Joss Scholar.
