Barbara Flocchini MBA ’19

PPG Aerospace
Barbara Flocchini is global business director in PPG’s aerospace business. In this role, she is responsible for the execution of product management, marketing and business development strategy for the commercial aviation portion of PPG’s global aerospace transparencies business.
Flocchini joined PPG in 2008 as a process engineer at the Reno, Nevada architectural coatings plant. Since then, she has progressed in diverse roles of increasing responsibility including environmental and process safety engineering in automotive refinish coatings and quality and engineering management in automotive OEM coatings. In 2016, she joined the aerospace business as a segment manager for OEM transparencies. After that, and until 2024, she was the global manager of transparencies contracts and processes before taking on her current role focused on PPG’s commercial transparencies business.
Flocchini holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from University of Nevada, Reno and received her Executive MBA from the Anderson School of Management at University of California, Los Angeles.
