UCLA Samueli School of Engineering and the Semel Healthy Campus Initiatives Center invite you to an exciting event featuring JCB Hydromax, which set a world land-speed record of 406.32 mph in August; climate-tech company Mote; BruinRacing (Supermileage, Formula SAE and Baja SAE); and Chem-E-Car of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers at UCLA. Joined by UCLA Anderson School of Management, the groups will discuss how hydrogen-powered technology can address environmental challenges, shape business and contribute to a healthier planet, followed by a show-and-tell of the respective vehicles.

The program will also explore the connections between environmental and human health, including how environmental conditions can influence the food system, brain health and well-being, and the role that engineering and innovation can play in creating cleaner, healthier and more sustainable systems.
