2025 Cohort Majors

Our cohort contains a versatile workforce, with most holding above a 3.5 GPA across various engineering degrees.

Join our Internship Consortium!

A crucial component of the Engineering Pathway Program (EPP) is providing our cohort with relevant summer internships, improving their chances of employability upon receiving their Bachelors degree. We work with both local and national industry partners, and therefore welcome creative internship project experiences for our students!

General Timeline:

  • Introductory Call: After submitting the project internship description form, our team will schedule a virtual call within 2 weeks to answer your questions and solidify the internship specs.
  • Student Onboarding and Professional Development: Around the end of May, the EPP team conducts week-long professional development programming for our cohort. Topics include updating their resume, networking on LinkedIn, and preparing for their internship.
  • Internship Takes Place: Internships will usually take place anytime between June and August.

Become a member of our industry consortium:

  • Build out an early recruitment pipeline
  • Participating companies pay fee to help support program, in exchange for recruiting from state/regional pools instead of individual schools
  • Internships / Micro-internships: source candidates for existing internships, or structure micro-internship (40 hrs) opportunities for work with a project from your company

My company’s focus/product is not engineering. Can I still provide internships?

– Yes, as long as the internships offered have a technically relevant/engineering component.
